Each stainless steel charm is cut to the outline of your pet’s face, with their features engraved from the photo you upload. Wear one pet close on a necklace or bracelet, or put up to three side by side.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a perfect photo?
No. Any photo you love works, no need for a posed or front-facing shot. You don't need to make a drawing either; we turn your photo into the engraving. Good light and both ears in the shot help the outline look its best. We look at every photo before we make your piece.
How is the charm made?
Your uploaded photo is used to create a portrait cut to your pet’s outline in stainless steel, with their features engraved on the front.
Can I put more than one pet on one piece?
Yes. Choose 2 or 3 portraits and upload one photo for each pet. The charms sit side by side on the chain. Each extra portrait adds $10, including in a set of 2 or 3.
Can I mix a necklace and a bracelet?
Yes. With a set of 2 or 3, each piece is personalized separately, with its own style, color, length and portraits.
Where does the text go?
On the back of each portrait, up to 10 characters including spaces, in the font you choose from F1–F40. Each portrait can have its own text and font. Leave it blank if you only want the portrait. Need ideas? See our engraving ideas that fit 10 characters.
What if it arrives damaged or isn't right?
Email support@pawtraittown.com with your order number and a few photos, ideally within 14 days of delivery. If it arrived damaged, defective, or made incorrectly, we'll send a free replacement, or refund you if we can't. You don't need to send anything back. Because each piece is made to order, we can't accept returns for other reasons. See our refund policy.
