About Pawtrait Town
Pawtrait Town makes personalized pet gifts and keepsakes for people whose dogs and cats are family.
What we make
Every piece starts with your pet — a favorite photo, or the name you call them. We turn it into jewelry you can wear every day:
- Pet portrait necklaces, engraved from your photo on stainless steel discs
- Pet face charms, cut to your pet’s outline, as a necklace or bracelet
- Paw print bracelets with your pets’ names
- Dog ear name necklaces, with 56 ear styles to match your dog
How it’s made
Nothing is pre-made. After you order, we check your photo and personalization details, then engrave or cut your piece to order. Production takes 2–4 business days, and tracked U.S. shipping takes 9–14 business days after dispatch. Shipping is free on every order.
If a photo won’t engrave well, we’ll email you before production starts — not after.
Pawtrait Town is based in Guangzhou, China, and ships every order to the U.S. with tracking.
Our promise
If your piece arrives damaged, defective or made incorrectly, email us your order number and a few photos and we’ll make it right. See our Refund policy for details.
